Just thought of doing a short roundup of a few interesting events that are going on today in Phnom Penh. If you like the Cambodian Craft Beer scene you should without a doubt head down to The Box Office for their kill the keg event. This week they’re selling BeerPro’s fantastic Irish Red Stout Beer for 1.5$ off on the pint. The event starts already at 4pm and I assume it goes on until late or until the beer runs out.
There are two more events you should check out if you like live music. First, Double Impacto & Kayro are playing at Bassac Lane after 9pm. Doble Impacto is a cool duo playing Latin music that has travelled all the way from Siem Reap to throw this show. Kayro is also a Latin music artist & rapper from Cuba that will surely give a good show.
The second live music event in Phnom Penh this Friday is Hypnotic Fist Technique at LF Social Club. If you’re in the area of Bassac Lane this will be within a walking distance of Doble Impacto and Kayro’s show, so why not hit up both? HFT calls themselves live action hip hop but will surely make fans of any music genre fall in love with them.
